OBYFCL MEETING NOTES July 21, 2010 Present: John Henley, Jason Savage, Kimberly Sides, Jimmy Davis, Beth Goddard, Joy Bennett, Patrick Hines, Travis Shackelford, Mary Howton, Angela Woods, Jon Pack, Michael Hayter, David Elliott, Corey Edwards, Barron Sholar. Board Meeting: The next board meeting will be August 18th at the Olive Branch High School at 6:30. The schedule is currently on the website for the 2010 Season. Football uniforms should be in this Friday. Pete Hurst is going to have a coaches clinic at Center Hill. League Shirts will be ordered before the season starts. The photographer wants to set up dates for team pictures. No trophies will be given out this year until footballs are returned to the league. Cheerleading Camp will be on July 24th at Olive Branch High School. Paints were discussed for the cheerleaders to be ordered to make run through signs for the teams. Mary Howton is going to get an estimate of cost to be approved to get these ordered.
