OBYFCL LEAGUE MEETING NOTES FOR 07/14/2008:

 INDIVIDUALS PRESENT AT MEETING -

John Henley, Jason Savage, Beth Goddard,  Kelly Latimer, LuElla Sprout, Mark Sprout, Cindy  Bodnar, Jimmy Davis, Jacque Slater, Joy Bennet, Robert Hayes, Jeremy Harris

ARTICLES VOTED ON AND APPROVED –

Kelly discussed that because of shipping costs rising there was a difference of $0.82 in uniform costs. The board discussed, voted and agreed to pay for the remaining balance on cheerleading uniforms.

 ARTICLES DISCUSSED-

All board members need to turn in their information for background checks. This was done and given to Mark Sprout.

From this point on any person that needs to be fitted that’s on the waiting list must go to All American and see Billy Horner.  If Billy Horner is not there they can see anyone, just let them know you are with the OBYFCL. Parents have until August 20^th to get kids fitted.

Frankie Conner is out due to knee surgery as Commissioner of Officiating. Discussed possible replacements and or what to do. Nothing was voted on regarding this situation.

Discussed Board Member shirts and what to put on it, nothing was voted and approved on regarding this matter.

Jason Savage discussed surveys to be given out at the end of the year.

Next meeting will be Wednesday August 13^th @ 6:30. Meeting will be at the OBHS.
